How the arithmetic works. A class costs its recorded video, plus
fifteen minutes per exercise, plus two hours for the live session. One point is
10 hours. Tiers are the capability ontology's computed complexity
order — Concrete through Metasystematic — and a tier
opens once you have spent enough points in that path to have earned it, the way
a talent tree does. The exercise estimate is the one number here that is a guess;
everything else is measured.
